Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Location: Hong Kong (Fotan or Kowloon)

Function: Corporate & Cloud Security

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Security Senior Engineer to play a key role in strengthening the security posture of our Operating Companies across Corporate and Cloud environments. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading multiple security workstreams, driving Microsoft security innovation, and embedding robust security controls across the organisation.

You will work closely with security, technology and business stakeholders across regions, taking ownership of critical Microsoft security platforms and initiatives while supporting a widersecurity adoption programme.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver multiple workstreams across the Corporate & Cloud Security domain.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Azure Policy framework to mitigate security risk across multiple tenants
• Partner with subject matter experts to advance and enhance the Microsoft Intune platform.
• Support the adoption and enhancement of Microsoft security technologies across multiple operating companies.
• Provide security engineering support to multiple operating companies
• Proactively introduce new Microsoft security technologies to improve detection and reduce attack surface.
• Collaborate widely across the business to uplift overall security maturity and alignment.
• Produce and maintain clear, accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation, ensuring security designs, configurations and processes are well documented and accessible.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 security and administration.
• You will need to have come from an infrastructure background, with strong practical knowledge of message and active directory services
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including governance, identity, and security controls.
• Practical experience with Microsoft SOAR and SIEM technologies
• In-depth, hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection and Insider Risk Management.
• Understanding of Microsoft Exposure Management and related security tooling.
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with experience delivering complex security initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong team player

Desirable

• Experience working in large, multi-region or enterprise environments.
• Experience working for a MSSP
• Affinity with automation (Terraform, IAC, etc)
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience contributing to or leading security adoption and transformation programmes.
• Spoken Mandarin
