Red Hat Certificate System是一款认证系统，提供强大的安全框架来确保用户的身份以及通讯的私密性。Red Hat / Dogtag Certificate System没有禁止在SCEP协议登记请求中重用一次性PIN，其中的检查值对PIN是否合法进行检查，但PIN使用过后没有把它从合法PIN列表中删除。持有合法SCEP注册一次性PIN的用户可使用它生成无限数量的证书。解决建议
