Linux Kernel是开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。 Linux Kernel 中的sctp_wait_for_connect函数存在竞争条件漏洞。攻击者可以借助向某个套接字(用户锁定了该套接字，并导致了套接字被释放，触发了列表破坏)发送的ICMP不可传达消息导致拒绝服务(恐慌)。解决建议
